Teriyaki Broccoli with Chinese Noodles
Teriyaki sauce
Sesame or Olive Oil
1/2 bag of frozen broccoli - or even better, fresh broccoli
* Mongolian Fire Oil (this is totally optional cause it's SPICY)
Perpared chinese noodles - when Mommy's feeling really lazy,
she uses Ramen Original Noodles checking that there's no animal parts in the seasoning
In a wok or large sauce pan, sautee the broccoli in the sesame or olive oil. Add in the chinese noodles and teriyaki sauce to taste. Keep everything moving. *Maybe reserve part of the batch for little mouths who may not like the spiciness, then in the rest, if you're feeling brave, add in a few drops of Mongolian Fire Oil. With fire oil, a little bit goes a long way. You can always add more later.
Serve hot & enjoy!
